150 Diamond Concentration with Magnicon Bonding
For use in FRP's, Carbon, Carbon Fiber, Graphite, Phenolics, Fiberglass, and Ceramics
Wheels should be indicated to run within .0005 T.I.R. of center line. Coolant: When possible, a flood coolant should be used. Suggested coolant: (1) Diamond Wheels: water soluble; (2) Borazon Wheels: Sulpho Chlorinated Oil. Borazon Wheels: use on H.S.S. high carbon, high chrome steels as well as D and T type steels.

DIAMOND OR CBN PLATED FORM WHEELS
DIAMOND: Used on Ferrites, Carbide, Carbon, Graphites, Ceramics, etc.
CBN: Used on High Carbon, High Chrome, Nickel Alloys, Titanium, D. T & M type metals. (Do not cool with water -- oil based coolant is recommended). Size availability -- 1 inch to 18 inches (25mm to 458 mm).
Typical Forms:
Available grits: 60/80, 120, 220. Guide for ordering: Please indicate Starlite part number, hole diameter, and grit.
