DIAMOND "MAGNIBANDS" BAND SAW BLADES

New Starlite MAGNIBANDS help you solve the problems of speedily, precisely, and economically cutting the new abrasive materials you are working with today. These butt-welded diamond-edged thin-but-tough band saw blades have been specially engineered to slice or contour these extremely abrasive and friable materials. Special MAGNICON BONDING with 150 concentration of block-shaped diamond particles assures a longer useful cutting life. Diamonds are evenly anchored to the cutting surface for precise operation with a minimum material loss and finer final finish. |

Speeds: The abrasive materials such as RFP and carbon would require a speed range of 1500-3000 FPM. The quartz, germanium, and glass material should be cut with a speed which ranges between 500-1500 FPM.
Can be run wet or dry.
